Julian Assange's lawyer on the protection of whistleblowers

The duty to protect whistleblowers and the shield of articles 3, 6 and 10 of the ECHR: the case of Julian AssangeThe VUB Research Group Fundamental Rights & Constitutionalism (FRC), in cooperation with LSTS, welcomes Christophe Marchand, lawyer, currently representing Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.
Christophe Marchand and his team are litigating for Assange in the Swedish courts and they are organising new litigation in the UK. The next step is to bring the case to the European Court for Human Rights. Marchand would like to share his work and brainstorm on the question of the protection of whistleblowers at European level.
